Built a system using Stable Diffusion XL 3.1 and ComfyUI to generate 10,000+ images, and the legal implications regarding copyright infringement based on training data—specifically the massive datasets used by Midjourney and Adobe Firefly—are proving to be a *massive* bottleneck for my indie game’s visual assets, especially considering the potential for derivative work claims.
