Runway ML Gen-3: Cinematic Looping Animations

TIL Runway ML Gen-3’s video generation is *wild*! I’ve been experimenting with creating 5-second looping animations – using the “Motion” feature and specifying “cinematic, 4K, shallow depth of field” – and the results are surprisingly consistent, achieving an average frame rate of 30fps with minimal prompt tweaking. The biggest surprise was how well it handles complex movements, generating clips with a smoothness I wouldn’t expect from an AI at this price point (currently $19/month). Definitely worth exploring if you're looking for rapid prototyping of visual ideas.
